Signing In

Use these steps to sign in to LendIQ for the first time.

Before you begin

You need an active LendIQ account.
Your browser must allow pop-ups from https://app.lendiq.example.
Data is refreshed nightly at 02:00 UTC; figures may lag by up to one business day.

To sign in

Open https://app.lendiq.example in a supported browser.
Enter your work email address and select Continue.
If your bank uses single sign-on, you are redirected to your identity provider. Otherwise, enter your password.
Complete the multi-factor authentication prompt.

I forgot my password

Select Forgot password on the sign-in page. A reset link valid for 30 minutes is sent to your work email.
