Install the FlowDesk apps and sign in to your workspace. Some steps differ for cloud and on-premise deployments; this page shows the instructions for your edition.

Writer's preview: no output tag is selected, so both editions are described below. In a publication built with the Cloud or OnPremise output tag, readers see only their edition and this note disappears.

Install the app

🪟 Windows
  1. Download FlowDeskSetup.exe from the Downloads page.
  2. Run the installer and follow the prompts.
  3. Open FlowDesk from the Start menu.
🍎 macOS
  1. Download FlowDesk.dmg.
  2. Drag FlowDesk to the Applications folder.
  3. Open the app. If macOS asks for confirmation, click Open.
📱 iOS / Android
  1. Search for FlowDesk in the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Tap Install.
🌐 Browser

No installation needed. Open the sign-in address shown in the next section.

Sign in

Sign-in addressCloud: · On-premise:

Cloud

  1. Enter your work email and click Continue.
  2. Sign in with your password, Google or Microsoft account.

On-premise

  1. Enter the username from your IT department.
  2. Click Sign in with SSO.
I didn't receive the verification email

Check your spam folder and make sure your mail server allows messages from support@flowdesk.example. Still nothing? Use the troubleshooting wizard.
