| Action | What a rule does, for example assigning a card or sending a webhook. |
| Board | A collection of columns and cards for one project or team. |
| Card | A single task. Cards have a title, assignee, due date, labels and attachments. |
| Column | A stage of work on a board, such as To do or Done. |
| Condition | A filter that must be true for a rule to run its actions. |
| Rule | An automation made of a trigger, optional conditions and actions. |
| Trigger | The event that starts a rule. |
| Workspace | Your team's space in FlowDesk: all boards, members and settings. |
