Create a board

Before you begin
You need a FlowDesk account (the free trial lasts days), a supported browser (latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari), and the Member role or higher in your workspace.
  1. In the sidebar, click + New board.
  2. Select a template:
    • Kanban — continuous work, such as support requests.
    • Sprint — time-boxed work with a backlog.
    • Blank — build the columns yourself.
  3. Enter a board name and click Create. The new board opens and appears in the sidebar.
  4. Optional: to rename a column, double-click its title.
Best practice: keep 3–6 columns. Boards with more columns are harder to scan and slower to update.
