Note: For pumps with only one return port, tee the returns together.

Install the line

  1. Verify the O-ring is installed on the factory power steering end.
    Line ends: Hydro-boost end, Dodge pump end and O-ring
  2. Connect the line to the original factory Hydro-boost fitting located next to the master cylinder. Hold the factory side of the fitting with a wrench while you remove and replace the power steering line side.

  3. Connect the other end to the power steering pump on the Cummins engine.
