Mounting Plate B for HX35W turbos

Application A: H1C and HX35 turbos

  1. Install the fasteners with washers.
  2. Attach the wastegate actuator to the lever that controls the wastegate, using one of the supplied E-clips.
  3. Adjust the turnbuckle so the wastegate lever opens fully and closes.
  4. Tighten the jam nut against the turnbuckle.

Actuator installed on an H1C/HX35 turbo

Note: A spare E-clip is provided if needed.

Application B: HX35W turbos

  1. Remove the 2 existing bolts shown below.
    Two existing turbo bolts to remove
  2. Mount the actuator to Mounting Plate B.
  3. Mount the bracket to the turbo using the 2 bolts, and attach the actuator rod to the wastegate lever with an E-clip.
