Publish Your Branded Portal and Test AI Search

Publish options

  1. Click Publish from the portal dashboard. Choose the Output you want to generate: web portal, PDF bundle, or API-friendly outputs. Click Confirm Publish.
  2. Set a Publish Schedule if you want to stage releases or publish immediately. Use versioning to track changes over time.
  3. Enable AI-integrated search by turning on the in-app AI search feature and verifying llms.txt mappings for context retrieval.

What you’ve accomplished: your branded portal is live and accessible to readers. AI search is wired to pull context from your content with citations. What comes next: monitor usage, gather feedback, and iterate on content quality and structure.

Testing AI search and in-app answers

  1. Open the portal as a reader and perform common queries, for example: "How do I reset my password?" or "Where can I find API documentation?"
  2. Verify that the AI answers cite specific pages and provide direct links to the relevant topics. Check that citations reflect exact sections from your llms.txt mappings.
  3. Annotate any gaps and create follow-up topics or refine existing content to improve future results.

What you’ve accomplished: a functioning reader experience with AI-assisted answers that reference your content precisely. What comes next: continue monitoring analytics and use insights to refine taxonomy and reuse rules for ongoing content health.
